Rental Questionnaire
Thank you for your interest in Rentals in Accra.
Due to the overwhelming amount of inquiries that I receive for rentals, I have partnered with a few agents in my office to be able to offer help to renters. That means either I or one of my associates will be contacting you after we review your submission.
If you are not currently working with another real estate agent, I invite you to take some time and tell me what type of rental you are looking for.
All information that you provide will be kept confidential. This is not an application to pull credit, do a background check, and does not guarantee your acceptance in to a rental. A full application, credit and background check will be required after you find a property that suits you.

Is there a particular area or neighborhood in which you'd like to be?
What type of property are looking for?
How soon are you looking to move?
If you’re not ready to move within 45 days, you should consider inquiring when it’s closer to that time frame.
Do you have any pets? If so, the breed and its weight?
If you have a pet, a pet fee will probably be required and that fee will range depending on the landlord.
Do you have the funds to cover First, Last deposit, and Security?
Yes
No
Maybe
Typically a landlord will require the first month’s rent, the last month’s rent, and a security deposit. Generally the security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. For example, if you will be renting for $1000 then first, last, and security would amount to $3,000 before move in.
How is your credit? Do you know your score?
I acknowledge that a landlord may want to review that my income is three times the rental rate.
For example, if your rent is to be $1000 a month then the landlord would want to see that you make at least $3,000 a month in income.
